A Soul-Centric Emmersion is a custom made, co-created experience for the individual. It could be likened to a psychospiritual boot camp, or, a week-long soul spa.

• Duration: 3-9 days long.

• Seasonal: Late-spring to early-autumn.

• Meals may be included.

• Housing may be provided.

• Remote locations possible.

• Cost is dependent on what is created, but is typically $500-1500/day

• May include:

  • Daily dream work

  • Deep imagery processing

  • Invitations on the land

  • Re-wilding of body/psyche

  • Parts work

  • Courting death

  • Sensory deprivation

  • Movement and other somatic practices

  • Art therapy or artistic processes

  • Ceremonial work

  • Writing: Journaling, prose, mythic story, and/or poetry

  • Body work (Reichian, Tara, deep tissue, cranial/sacral) *

  • Archetypal astrology *

  • Hypnotherapy *
