What’s in a dream?
We will never know even a fraction of what there is to know about dreams. They are portals into a vast and infinite cosmos of possibilities. Encrypted in a dream and lived by the dreaming body, is more than we could possibly imagine, and more than what we could imagine to hope for.
Dreams are a portal from which any tightly guarded secret might emerge.
In a dream, we time travel through our trauma history (and we all have one), often back to its origins. We encounter patterns of our nervous systems, dominant ego states that are often completely unknown to us and merged with Self. Our complexes and traumas reveal their intricate and unique nature to us. The arc of where we’ve been, where we are, and perhaps even where we are going are laid out in a beautiful encrypted language.
We also encounter archetypes, resources to be cultivated, soul images, wisps of the divine, keys to our authentic nature, eros waiting for its true expression, and antidotal states of consciousness that provide liberation from old limited ways of being in relationship with self and the world. Liberation is waiting in our dreams, and it is never wearing the clothes or taking the form we might imagine.
Liberation, it’s an inside job.
